Eight Challenging Preset Programs

Program One - Manual - Select your own settings to create a completely personalized workout

Program Two - Random - Choose from an unlimited number of computer-generated profiles.

Program Three - MET -The metabolic equivalents program allows you to select the workout load, from 1 MET to 16 METs, to simulate the cardiovascular effect of various light to strenuous activities.

Program Four - Fat Burning - Exercising for longer periods of time at a consistent level of intensity encourages your body to burn calories and fat faster. Preset levels are optimal for this routine, but are completely customizable to suit any fitness level.

Program Five - Automatic Interval - Increase heart rate and improve cardiovascular functions with higher intensity routines then cool down. The nine intervals within this program offer great balance between cardio, fat burning and muscle toning. Each of the nine intervals can be adjusted at will.

Program Six - Strength - Starting in warm-up mode, the endurance program gradually increases in intensity to burn fat and calories and build stamina. The program ends with a cooling down period.

Program Seven - Fitness Level Test - Determine your fitness level in order to create or customize workouts that help you reach your goals faster. Using the heart rate monitor, this test senses oxygen levels as you progress through the test. Information is then used to help optimize your fitness routines.

Program Eight - Target Heart Rate - An excellent cardio workout. This program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The elliptical machine determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age. Or you can adjust settings according to your needs and physical conditon. (Prior to starting your excercise routine you should consult a physician). Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, through a powerful workout and through a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program. All settings are customizable.

Smooth lived up to their name. The local shipping agent made a mess of things, turning up without prior arrangements and then expected me to man handle 100 Kg off a flat bed at shoulder height. No thanks. Smooth resolved issues for me without hassle. As for the 6.25 treadmill, it’s worth paying the extra. Sure you can get cheaper machines around the £600-800 mark, but having tried various bits of kit, from the extreme budget end to the 4 K plus machines, and now having used the 6.25, the other’s save the top end machines, are no comparison. Only downside was that I was not able to try the 6.25 before purchase, but following loads of web research given the ratings they get as one of the best machines available I decided to take the gamble and fork out the extra cash. I think it was worth it. I found the 6.25 to perform and feel as good as any machine in a commercial gym or those costing around 4K. Smooth sales give better value, and if you can get your hands on the 6.25 below 1K, as I did, it’s a good buy. Jag

today I received the trainer and it's great, I'm really happy with it. Your processes and customer service place as first class, I rarely experienced such perfection. The only minor inconvenience was that the delivery was made by one man only, so I had to help him get the machine out and into my yard which was not a very easy task.
