Nine Challenging Preset Programs and Three User Defined Programs

Program One - Target Time - When choosing this program the TIME display shows the factory default setting “30:00”. Press UP/DOWN button to adjust the target time and press STOP/ENTER to confirm. After the program starts the time counts down to 0, Distance and Calories count up. You can adjust the the resistance with the INTENSITY UP/DOWN  button.

 Program Two - Target Distance - When choosing this program the TIME display shows the factory default setting “30:00”. Press UP/DOWN button to adjust the target time and press STOP/ENTER to confirm. After the program starts the time counts down to 0, Distance and Calories count up. You can adjust the the resistance with the INTENSITY UP/DOWN  button.

Programm Three - Target Calories - When choosing this program the CALORIES display show the factory default setting “50”. Press UP/DOWN button to adjust the target calories and press STOP/ENTER to confirm. After the programm starts calories counts down to 0, Time and Distance count up. You can adjust the the resistance with the INTENSITY UP/DOWN  button.

Program Four - MET -The metabolic equivalents program allows you to select the workout load, from 1 MET to 16 METs, to simulate the cardiovascular effect of various light to strenuous activities.

Program Five - Fat Burning - Exercising for longer periods of time at a consistent level of intensity encourages your body to burn calories and fat faster. Preset levels are optimal for this routine, but are completely customizable to suit any fitness level.

Program Six - Automatic Interval - Increase heart rate and improve cardiovascular functions with higher intensity segments and then cool down. The nine intervals within this program offer great balance between cardio, fat burning and muscle toning. Each of the nine intervals can be adjusted at will.

Program Seven - Strength - Starting in warm-up mode, the strength program gradually increases in intensity to burn fat and calories and build stamina. The program ends with a cooling down period.

Program Eight - Fitness Level Test - Determine your fitness level in order to create or customize workouts that help you reach your goals faster. Using the heart rate monitor, this test senses oxygen levels as you progress through the test. Information is then used to help optimize your fitness routines.

Program Nine - Target Heart Rate - An excellent cardio workout. This program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The elliptical machine determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age. Or you can adjust settings according to your needs and physical conditon. (Prior to starting your excercise routine you should consult a physician). Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, through a powerful workout and through a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program. All settings are customizable.

• Chest strap:
  This uncoded chest strap allows you to stay in your ideal heart rate range for optimal training results. This is the most precise way of measuring your heart rate.
• Mat:
  We recommend the use of this durable mat with your fitness equipment. It absorbs noise and prevents damage to delicate flooring such as wood (195 cm x 108,5 cm).

After some research I decided on a Smooth CE7.4e. Ordering online was easy and the unit arrived within 5 days. When building it I noticed that one of the srews holding the fixed handles did not fit into its intended slot. Seems the slot was not threaded properly. I am pretty technically versed and was able to fix the problem myself. Otherwise great machine.

Today I received the trainer and it's great, I'm really happy with it. Your processes and customer service place as first class, I rarely experienced such perfection. The only minor inconvenience was that the delivery was made by one man only, so I had to help him get the machine out and into my yard which was not a very easy task. But anyway, it's done and overall I'm very satisfied with this transaction. Thanks a lot for your support.
