Six Challenging Preset Programs
P1: Manual Program - You can adjust the speed between 0,8 to 18 km/h and the incline between level 1-12 at anytime during the workout for a customizable routine.
P2: Interval Incline - Once the user selects this program they are able to choose a level of difficulty between 1-9 and then adjust the total time the program will run. The user then starts the treadmill and the treadmill will count down the time from the amount specified. The incline follows a preprogrammed profile but can be adjusted by the user. The speed will start from 2.0 MPH/ 3.2 KPH and can also be adjusted manually during the program. Distance and calories will count up from 0.
P3: Interval Speed - Once the user selects this program they are able to choose a level of difficulty between 1-9 and then adjust the total time the program will run. Once you start the treadmill the program begins, the speed change follows the pre-set speed chart according to the difficulty level chosen, but can be adjusted manually. The time counts down from the set up workout time. Calories and distance count up from 0.The user manually adjusts inclines during the workout.
P4: Weight Loss - Once the user selects this program they are able to choose a level of difficulty between 1-9 and then adjust the total time the program will run. The SPEED and INCLINE follow the chart according to the difficulty level chosen, but can be adjusted manually. The TIME counts down from the set up workout time. DISTANCE and CALORIES count up from 0.
P5: Self learning / competition - This program puts you through a challenging running workout. Press the START button to start the program. The speed starts at 2.0 MPH/3.2 KPH. The TIME and CALORIES count up from 0. Incline level follows the factory pre-set profile but can be adjusted manually. The DISTANCE is counted down from the preset 3ML/5KM. During the workout you can adjust the speed by pressing the SPEED UP/DOWN buttons.
P6: Heart Rate - This program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The treadmill determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you would like to train at., depending on your physical condition and goals. Prior to starting your excercise routine you should consult a physician.
