Eight Challenging Programs
You\'ll stay motivated about reaching or maintaining your fitness goals with eight preset programs to choose from.
P1: Target Time - Once the user selects this program they are prompted to enter the amount of time they desire to run/jog/walk. Once you start the treadmill will count down the time specified. The user manually adjusts speed and inclines during the workout. The speed will start from 3.0 km/h and the incline will start from level 0. Distance and calories will count up from 0 and the time will count down from the target time.
P2: Target Distance - Once the user selects this program they are prompted to enter the total distance the program will run. The user then starts the treadmill and the treadmill will count down the distance from the amount specified. The user manually adjusts speed and inclines during the workout. The speed will start from 3.0 km/h and the incline will start from level 0. Time and calories will count up from 0 and the distance will count down from the target distance.
P3: Target Calories - Once the user selects the target calories program they are prompted to enter the amount of calories they wish to burn during the workout. Once you start the treadmill will count down the calories specified to burn. The user manually adjusts speed and inclines during the workout. The speed will start from 3.0 km/h and the incline will start from level 0. Distance and times will count up from 0 and the calories will count down from the target.
P4: Interval Incline - The intervals allow you to pump up the heart then catch your breath. Choose a workout level from 1 thru 12. The higher the level, the higher the incline levels during the workout. The Time LCD shows a preset workout time of 24 minutes, which can be adjusted higher or lower in four-minute segments. Incline is changed automatically every two minutes during the workout.
P5: Interval Speed - Just like the Interval Incline program, only you optimize your workout through a variation of speed.
P6: Weight Loss - This program combines variations in both the speed and incline to provide the maximum results in weight loss and calories burned. The user chooses their workout level from 1 thru 12. The higher the level the more intense the workout is. The Time LCD shows a pre-set workout time of 24 minutes; which can be adjusted higher or lower in five minute segments. Both speed and incline will change during the workout; the minimum speed/incline segments last two minutes, and the maximum speed/incline segments last three minutes. For example: Level 1 Minimum speed 2.5 km/h Minimum incline Level-0, Maximum speed 4 km/h Maximum incline Level-3; Level 12 Minimum speed 6 km/h, Maximum speed 8 km/h Maximum incline Level-15.
P7: 5K Self-Learning/ Competition - The Distance LED will show 5 (km). For new users, there is a preset speed (3.2km/h) and incline level program in the computer. You can change the speed and incline levels during your workout. The Distance will count down to zero and then stop.
P8: Heart Rate Control Program - This program consists of a Warm-up, Main Program and Cool Down. The treadmill determines a preset maximum target heart rate based upon your sex, height, weight and age, or you can adjust it to whatever maximum target workout rate you want. (Or you can adjust settings according to your needs and physical condition) Prior to starting your excercise routine you should consult a physician.
Once you start, the program takes you through a mild warm-up routine, through a powerful workout and through a cool-down phase for a complete cardio program.
