Delivery Options

Most deliveries will be made by third-party shipping companies. In an attempt to provide flexible shipping and delivery options, we have negotiated the following classes of delivery:

Curbside Delivery (standard)
For England we offer two man delivery. The unit will be brought into a ground floor room. For all other areas of the UK we offer curbside delivery, the shipper will remove the product from the truck and place it on your property. You will still need to bring the unit into your building yourself. Be aware that the courier will not be able to manage steps. It  would be a good idea to have a friend available to help.

Turnkey
One of our service engineers will come and assemble the unit within 7 working days after delivery. Please be aware the unit will have to be sitting in the room where it is to remain. He will build it up, and remove packing materials. If you want to keep the packaging, you must ask the shipper.

Please contact us if it is necessary to have the unit taken up or down stairs. This might in some cases be arranged for an extra charge.
