Delivery Options

Most deliveries will be made by third-party shipping companies. In an attempt to provide flexible shipping and delivery options, we have negotiated the following classes of delivery:

Curbside Delivery (standard)
With Curbside delivery, the shipper will remove the product from the truck and place it on your property. You will still need to bring the unit into your building yourself. Be aware that the courier will not be able to manage steps. It  would be a good idea to have a friend available to help.

Turnkey
Shipper will unload, place, and setup your treadmill on your property. Our service people will come and place the equipment in your home (limit of one flight of stairs, up or down 12 steps), build it up, and remove packing materials. If you want to keep the packaging, you must ask the shipper.
