For your convenience, we have negotiated several levels of shipping and delivery services. Delivery options are selected at check-out time, when you finalize your on-line purchase, or over the phone with your salesperson. Please review these options carefully to ensure the desired level of service.

We generally ship all approved orders within 2-4 business days, and shipping takes between 5-10 business days depending on the final destination. If your order will not be delivered within this time, you will be notified shortly after we process your order. Deliveries can only be made Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM local time. If delivery time is important, please contact us for current shipment status.

Shipping charges for UK destinations are clearly indicated on your order. Inside delivery and/or setup can be requested for an additional charge; please call for rates in your area.. Appropriate options are presented at checkout.
