When you find what you are looking for, just add it to your Shopping Cart - and yes, that's one big shopping cart! When you are ready to buy, just "Checkout". Your Shipping and Billing information is processed through our Secure Server.

Shipping
We generally ship all approved orders within 2-4 business days, and shipping takes between 5-10 business days depending on the final destination. If delivery time is important, please contact us for current shipment status. Shipping charges for UK destinations are clearly indicated on your order. Inside delivery and/or setup can be requested for an additional charge; please call for rates in your area.

Once we've shipped your order, the forwarder will contact you for a delivery date and time. The delivery is made behind the first door that can be locked. Inside delivery and/or setup can be requested for an additional charge; please call for rates in your area.

Guarantee / Return Policy
SmoothFitness.co.uk guarantees full satisfaction on all products on this site. If you are not fully satisfied you may return the treadmill (in the original package) to our warehouse for a full refund or credit (less agreed assembly charges). No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from SmoothFitness.co.uk. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact Customer Service at 0800 0972100 + International Calls +49 911 8105923. We will credit you purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item with an RMA.

To be eligible for a complete refund or credit, you must obtain an approved RMA within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be made using the original packaging in good condition. The returned merchandise must be shipped back to SmoothFitness.co.uk within 10 days of receiving the RMA. Customers should retain the original packing material for at least 14 days, in the event the unit is to be returned.
